*Grade level and age ranges do not always match. Birthdate will supersede grade level and will be used to decide age group.

GENERAL INFO
A USA Lacrosse Membership is required for all participants. It must be valid through 5/30/2025. You may renew or purchase during the registration process.
We make every effort to make loaner equipment available to new players, however our resources are limited and we cannot guarantee that we will have full gear for everyone who requests it. We can recommend options for gear purchase and gear rental and will have these options available to you at our season kickoff event in January.

Payment Options
PAYMENT IN FULL: You may pay by electronic check (no processing fee) or credit/debit card (2.9% processing fee) during checkout
PAYMENT PLAN: We offer payment plans to those who register by November 15th. One third of the registration cost is due at the time of registration, one third is due on December 15th, and one third is due on January 15th. Payments will be automatically charged to your provided form of payment.
SCHOLARSHIPS: If you are requesting a scholarship, please select that option during registration. You will register without payment and be required to submit your scholarship application within one calendar week. When your scholarship application has been processed, you will be invoiced for any balance beyond the scholarship amount awarded. Gold Country Lacrosse offers a limited number of scholarships per season on a first come, first served basis. Please see our SCHOLARSHIPS page for more information and to apply.
PETITIONS: If you are petitioning to play outside of your assigned age or gender group, please select that option during registration. You will pay a $50 deposit. When your petition has been processed, you will be invoiced for the remaining balance.

We offer the following discounts:
- $50 Early Registration Discount through 11/15/24 (automatically applied)
- $25 New Player Discount (automatically applied)
- $50 Sibling Discount for every player after the first (please contact our Registrar prior to registering your players for code and instructions)

Full refunds are available before 12/31/24
After 12/31/24 there will be no refunds
USA Lacrosse Membership and Uniform purchase are non refundable
Credit card fees are non refundable
Registration Insurance is non refundable
Should we be unable to place your player on a team, you will be fully refunded.

Protect you registration from unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from participating, including injuries, sickness (including COVID-19), extreme weather, job loss including strikes, and other covered reasons.
This insurance option is available during the registration checkout process and we recommend that you utilize this should you be concerned about the potential of needing a refund. More information about registration insurance policies is available HERE.
