2024 High School Training
Off season lacrosse training for all high school aged players. New and returning players are welcome.
If you plan to play lacrosse at Bear River or Nevada Union in spring 2025, this is for you. Brush up on your stick skills and get ready for the spring season.
Coaches will include Bear River and Nevada Union coaching staff members, as well as guest coaches from the Union Lacrosse program in Rocklin.

When
Saturdays from 9/28 - 12/7
**no sessions on 10/12, 10/19, or 11/30 due to fall break and Thanksgiving**
10am - 1pm
**Session 1 on 9/28 will be from 10:30am-1:30pm**
PROGRAM COSTS
$100 for all 8 sessions
ADDITIONAL COSTS
A valid USA Lacrosse Membership ($35) is required for participation. It can be purchased during the registration process and is good for one year.
