COACHING RESOURCES
Coaches often are extremely busy and often have questions about specific topics. USA Lacrosse understands and has developed a new resource. These new learning opportunities are not part of the USAL certification pathways but offer additional educational support to our member coaches.
These coach trainings are live and interactive sessions via Zoom and led by USA Lacrosse coach trainers or college coaches. Each session will focus on a specific topic and will offer a Q&A period.
Drills, practice plans and more at your fingertips
USA Lacrosse Mobile Coach gives you access to over 500 men's and women's Lacrosse drills, with diagrams and videos on your iOS or Android device. Users can sort by skill level, gender, and even the skill they want to teach their players.
In addition, the app provides pre-built athlete development aligned practice plans, practice planning functionality, whiteboarding (iPad users only), and a host of other great resources.
Coaches of all levels will benefit from USA Lacrosse Mobile Coach, but it may be most assuring to part-time youth or high school coaches who balance the demands of full-time employment and parenthood.
More virtual and in person training opportunities for USAL and/or NCJLA coach training opportunities will be added here as they become available.
